What is face yoga?

Just like you exercise and relax your muscles of your body, you can do the same with your facial muscles.

An area the ancient yogis never forgot and you too can learn to remember. By bringing more movement, you bring more circulation to the skin, fascia and muscles, help toxins to leave the system and feel refreshed.

Yes, it might be challenging and take effort to get atrophied muscles awakened. Most of us feel sensation or movement after a consistent practise of 2-3 weeks. The relaxing may be the first step to feeling more sensation. We work slowly and in a soft way, to give our nervous system time to get on par.
