Face yoga sessions
Each session starts with tuning in, opening and softening the face, neck and shoulders. We work on your unique face and wishes in my signature way. Light, adequate and fun.
Ask me to talk, present, face yoga or yoga at your event. I speak Dutch, English (both native) & Spanish. As well as French and German.

1 intake & session - 75 minutes
2 regular sessions - 30 minutes
This is for you, if you want to learn a lot in a short amount of time. Have a better understanding of your own face, your goals and short sequence to start your own facial practice € 395,- (this incl 21% tax) with which you get a video. This can be set up over 3 or 6 weeks. You get time to practice, ask questions, do mirror work and slowly incorporate this into your life.
Extend to 6 sessions for € 595,- (this incl 21% tax) intake and 5 x 30 minute regular sessions & videos to keep on practicing. This can be set up over 6 or 8 weeks. You get time to practise, ask questions, do mirror work and slowly incorporate this into your life.
Upgrade your package: this 3x or 6x 1-1 plus a facial cupping set and a prickly peer seed oil by Sakina/The Face Cupping Expert for an additional € 99,-*
Do face yoga with me | 1x off
A 75 minutes one-off session, in which we dive right into your facial goals and set up a sequence for you. Powerful exercises & massage to get your face feeling more alive and soft.
€ 275,- (this incl 21% tax) with which you get a short video with your personal sequence to practice with.
*prices are include 21% BTW/tax .Session will be online via Zoom or in person if that is doable. You receive a video with your specific exercises. Payments can be made via PayPal. If you’d like something tailored, send me a mail!

Face yoga workshops, group events versus classes | LIVE
Workshops have more theory behind face yoga in them, combined with exercises. Classes are more practical, getting straight into the exercises & technique. I bring facial oil & gua sha stones to use and or buy.
Of course these can be tailor made to match your ideas & goals. They will always consist of an introduction to faceyoga, facial massages and exercises to strengthen & release tension. If you’d like to add a gua sha tool, cupping or taping, hit the contact button.
*Business prices are incl btw/tax. Sessions will be online via Zoom or in person if that is doable. If I travel to where you are I will ask the standard mileage payment of 0,19 cents. For workshop you receive the recording if via Zoom or a video to work out later. Payments can be made via PayPal.
guasha, facial cups or taping tutorial

If you do not have a guasha, facial cups or tape and would like to purchase them, you can buy a package deal. Check out the tools page for more guashas, facial cupping and or kinesio taping.

Yoga for a business or special events group € 145,- starts from 30 mins, it can be seated in regular working apparel or if there are facilities to lay down mats, in yoga attire. Max of 15 people.
