As Anna & I both teach Vinyasa & Yin, your days will have a similar set-up with a little surprise each day.

During free time you have the opportunity to explore the beautiful surroundings, have a walk to the waterfalls, sit by the pool, connect with each other or curl up with a book in one of the retreat centers’ cozy corners. We will be your guide through all the classes and share background information in the 3 workshops we'll teach. You will be fully taken care of and guided through this week, as well as have enough free time to explore.
