Welcome to this introduction to face yoga.
A very hands on and practical course, that gives you 5 routines + extras
How does it work?
First you start with one week of exercises to waken up your facial muscles and nervous system. Each video is about 6 minutes. You can do it every day or every other day until you feel you are ready for week two.
Every sequence or week you go a bit deeper and or add another exercise. In between you watch and ‘do’ the bonus videos.
Face yoga is a slow, deep and focussed practise. It takes time. Expect about a week or two to really get the sensations in your face going and then transfer into real movements. The muscles are different in your face and so the process of activating them is too. Once you do feel them and work along, it will be thrilling and very satisfying, no doubt.
