Welcome to this course of kinesiology taping to release tension.

Become more aware of your facial patterns and to decode you muscles. It can help to heal aching muscles and muscles and areas that hold tension.

The Tape

Preparation

Make sure you have a good pair of clothing or fysio tape scissors.

How does it work?

In 5 videos I will teach you how to apply, how to remove, how much tape to use and on which areas to apply the tape. Just follow the videos, starting with video 1 in which I explain a little about what kinesiology tape is, how we use it together with face yoga and a first area to cover. By the end of video 5 you can start practising on yourself, always look in a mirror to see what you are taping. And remove it with some oil.
